I had an issue with my 2022 Ram 1500 Limited. I was dealing with a different dealership, which I'm not gonna name, they are located in Ellington, Connecticut. The service advisor said there was nothing they could do for me. It was out of their control. I called Stafford Jeep/Ram and spoke to the service advisor. First, the service advisor apologized for the way I was treated from the other dealership, and she was very helpful dealing with my extended warranty company. The service advisor made sure I had a loaner not once but two separate times. I am glad to report the issue has been resolved, and I couldn't be happier with the service advisor and Stafford Ram/Jeep.
Best experience I could ever ask for!!! I called on a Monday about a vehicle they didn't even have on the lot yet!! I called and spoke with the finance manager who had our salesperson call me back — she tried to get me as much info as she could. That Wednesday the vehicle pulled into the lot and our salesperson reached out right away!! I went down to look at it and absolutely fell in love. Our salesperson, the general manager, and the finance manager did everything they could do to make the process smooth! Thursday we signed the deal and she came home with me! I would recommend them always! I'd give them more stars but they only allow 5!!!
Having trouble while traveling and called Stafford Chrysler to see if they could take us in without an appointment. They promised they could and perform a review of the problem. Not only did the service advisor get us in, he kindly drove us to and from a close-by restaurant so we could get lunch while the car was being reviewed. Although the car had warning lights going off, the technician who reviewed the car confirmed we could continue home without damaging the car. They provided a detailed summary on the work that was needed when we return home and their estimate of that work. We were back on the road within two hours with peace of mind. We would like to thank everyone at Stafford Chrysler for getting us in quickly and confirming the warning lights were not serious enough to require immediate action. We want to thank especially the service advisor. Great customer service. Well done!!
My first time visiting Stafford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was awesome! I had taken my Ram 2500 Cummins to another dealer last year and we weren't able to get any resolution to my issue. I dealt with a squealing misaligned belt for about a year before heading down to Stafford after hearing good things. They were able to figure out my issue and also fixed a couple other little things that were just annoyances all in very reasonable time while I waited. Thank you very much to the service advisor and the service manager for communicating with me as he worked on my truck and delivering a very fair bill! I will be back.
My husband and I were casually looking for a new vehicle and came across a used SUV here with very low miles at a great price. I inquired online and was contacted within the hour by our salesperson. He sent me a personalized video of the vehicle so that I could see it in more detail, without me even asking… Our salesperson got us in the next evening for the test drive, even staying open after hours to accommodate our schedule. Long story short- we loved the vehicle, filled out paperwork, and drove it home the following day after the approval process. Everything was so quick and seamless and our salesperson was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.
